Join Pua, Emily and Sunny at Medicine Collective for a journey of body, heart and spirit. Open up to create space for miracles to appear and to receive the bounty that is yours.
With movement, music and medicine as our foundation we’ll create our container together with our alchemical intentions. Using the elements of the body to form our circle.
We will begin the circle at 10am with cacao and optional gentle dosage of mushroom.
Without demand or expectation we’ll build upon our container through the wisdom of the body and the medicine of the earth with suggested somatic movement to the backdrop of live music.
Plenty of space to move, be still, journal, use your voice and sound to add to the shape of this collective experience.
We will be meeting indoors with an invitation to walk outdoors and, weather permitting, circle around a fire.
The ceremonial space is only accessible via a set of stairs.
We will end our time together and leave plenty of space for sharing, snacks, tea and helpful tools for integration.
Wear clothes that are comfortable and allow for movement. Bring your favorite cushion and/or blanket to get cozy, a water bottle and anything else to support your personal needs. An all genders bathroom is available in close proximity to the space.
